In Europe (with your UK eSIM):
Yes - you can use up to 20GB of data per month while roaming in the EU. This is included in your UK plan and resets each month.
Outside Europe (with your Global Roaming eSIM):
Data is unlimited. You’ll get full 5G speeds up to your allowance, and then browsing continues at 4G speeds.
