Follow these steps:
Make sure you are using the correct eSIM - use your UK eSIM for roaming in Europe, use your Global roaming eSIM for roaming outside of Europe.
If you’re set up for roaming but your device won’t connect a first start is to try toggling Airplane mode on and off. If this doesn’t solve the issue, try restarting your device to reset its current network configuration.
