How do I get a replacement eSIM?

If you’ve deleted your eSIM, you don’t need a replacement. You can reinstall it directly from the app:

  • In the Simp Mobile app → go to Manage (second icon on the bottom menu) → tap eSIM Instructions → follow the steps to reinstall.

You only need a replacement if you’re moving to a new phone or can’t reinstall the original eSIM. In that case, please contact our support team:

  • In the Simp Mobile app → go to Manage → either tap Support or scroll down to Boring stuffSupport & Help.

  • Or log in at simpmobile.com/login and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

We’ll issue you a fresh eSIM quickly.
