What happens if I delete my eSIM?

If you delete your eSIM, don’t worry - you can reinstall it yourself from the app:

  • In the Simp Mobile app → go to Manage (second icon on the bottom menu) → tap eSIM Instructions → follow the steps to reinstall.

You only need to contact support if you’ve also changed phones or can’t reinstall for some reason. In those cases, we’ll issue you a replacement eSIM.
