If I change my phone, will I need a new eSIM?

Yes - when you move to a new phone, you’ll need a new eSIM. eSIMs can only be installed on one device at a time, so your old one won’t transfer over.

To get a replacement eSIM, just reach out to our support team:

  • In the Simp Mobile app → go to Manage (second icon on the bottom menu) → either tap Support or scroll down to Boring stuffSupport & Help.

  • Or log in at simpmobile.com/login and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

We’ll send you a fresh eSIM so you can set it up on your new phone.
